Do you accept insurance?

RTG-Troy is a private pay office. This means we expect payment at the time of service and do not work with insurance panels. However, in most cases, you may submit a receipt for service to insurance for reimbursement as an out-of-network-provider. We chose this payment option because we believe we can better serve you without the limiting constraints placed on us by insurance providers.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, check, credit, debit, and HSA accounts.

How long are average sessions?

Most sessions last 45 minutes with a 10 minute window for questions or appointment scheduling.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We understand sometimes things happen that are emergencies and you may need to reschedule. However, in general, our policy requires 24-hour advance notice of cancellation. This allows us to better serve all our clients.
